Manuscript Set Up: formatted manuscript to desired book size, fonts, headers/footers, formulate table of contents, dedication page, foreword, acknowledgments, index, etc. All desired features of your book's finished product.
Extras: References for book cover creation, options for publishing services, scheduled courtesy calls (Introductory Call to discuss the vision of your finished product, various scheduled check in's to discuss progress and next steps, Final Call to discuss your contentment with the finished book manuscript and last thoughts/corrections, etc.)
